OTHER WORKERS
Aliens who can perform unskilled labor as defined by the INA as labor
requiring less than two years of training or experience to perform qualify
for this position. However, since very few visas are available in this
category even after the completion of the labor certification process the
alien can expect years of waiting before the immigrant visa becomes
available.
